ReTail does not currently generate public shipping labels or provide public payment-backed shipping workflows. Users may discuss pickup, meetup, or shipping details through private messages.
User responsibilities
- Confirm the shipping method.
- Agree on shipping cost before sending an item.
- Package the item appropriately.
- Confirm the delivery address privately and carefully.
- Agree on timing and handling expectations.
- Describe item condition accurately before shipment.
Local pickup and meetup
Many ReTail exchanges may happen through porch pickup or meetup. Users should choose arrangements that feel safe and practical for the item.
